This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which DNICHE MARCOM AGENCY (referred to as “we“, “us“, or “our“) may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process the Personal Data of our customers and visitors (referred to as “you” or “your“) in Singapore in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) (“PDPA“). 4. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You have the right to request access to a copy of your Personal Data that we hold and information about the ways in which we have used or disclosed your Personal Data within a year before the date of the request.
You also have the right to request the correction or updating of any of your Personal Data held by us.

6. Protection of Personal Data
We will take reasonable security arrangements to protect Personal Data in our possession or under our control to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.
While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.
7. Retention of Personal Data
We will cease to retain Personal Data, or remove the means by which the Personal Data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that: (a) the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such Personal Data; and (b) retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
8. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore
If Personal Data is transferred out of Singapore, we will take steps to ensure that the recipient organisation outside of Singapore is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection to the transferred Personal Data that is comparable to the protection under the PDPA.
