Under Singapore’s “Lemon Law,” you are entitled to a remedy if a product purchased from dnichemar.com is found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery.

3. Return Procedure
3.1 Initiation
To initiate a return or claim under the Lemon Law, you must contact our Customer Service team within the stipulated timeframes with the following information:

3.2 Return Authorisation
Do not send any product back until you have received a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions from our Customer Service team. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected.
3.3 Condition of Returned Item
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags, unless the damage or defect renders this impossible.
3.4 Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect (under Lemon Law) or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover or reimburse you for all reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is accepted outside of the Lemon Law for other reasons (e.g., goodwill exchange), you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected to confirm the stated defect or issue.

Please allow 14 to 30 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
